Terms of Service — MRKHANSERVICES

1. Engagement & Sprints

MRKHANSERVICES delivers AI systems, workflow automations, and software integration services on clearly defined milestone sprints or monthly advisory retainers. Deliverables, technical boundaries, and timelines are established in advance within a Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon settlement of agreed sprint milestones, full intellectual property rights, workflow configurations, custom Python scripts, database schemas, and documentation are transferred 100% to the client. You own the assets outright.

Zero Vendor Lock-in: We do not charge recurring software licenses for custom code we build for you. Systems run on your chosen infrastructure.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Supabase, CRM access) and server credentials required for system integration. Third-party infrastructure costs (cloud hosting, API usage) are billed directly by the respective providers.

4. Quality Assurance & Handover

All production systems undergo staging sandbox validation with simulated edge-case payloads before production cutover. Following launch, we provide full architectural walkthroughs and transition documentation.
